Chocolate-Frosted Sugar Bomb.

10 lbs of birthday buzz.

I made a cake for Tammy's birthday last Saturday.  It was ridiculous - and delicious, basically a gigantic Oreo.  Here's what's in it:

3 boxes brownie mix, made in 3 seperate pie tins.  Follow directions on box, allow to cool, remove from pie tins so you have three brownie rounds.

Whip two packages cream cheese with two sticks butter (all room temp), Slowly add 1 lbs confectioner's sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.  Fold in 2 cups crushed Oreos and 1 tub Cool Whip.  Last, fold in 1 pkg. Oreo pudding.  Allow to sit for 10 minutes until the magic in the pudding mix makes the whole mouth-watering mess sticky and viscous.

Scoop a couple huge globs of filling onto one brownie round, spread to the edges, place another brownie round on top and repeat.  Place the third round on top then slather the whole thing with two tubs of chocolate frosting.

Chill.  Slice (very thinly - like, 1 inch - it's very dense). Serve with ice cream.  Close eyes and make groans of delight. Stagger from table. Fall into diabetic swoon. Eat no more this day.
